JUBILEE KLEZMER

JUBILEE KLEZMER ENSEMBLE (JKE) is an instrumental trio made up of Clarinet, Accordion and Bass, with the option of adding violin or mandolin.  We sometimes add a Yiddish/Ladino singer for performances.  

JKE plays a wide variety of ancient to modern Klezmer and Israeli music, making Jubilee an ideal choice for concerts, festivals, weddings, parties, dances and religious services. This band also has a large repertoire of traditional Israeli dance music and enjoys performing for and with dancers.

Throughout the year, Jubilee Klezmer Ensemble also does many educational lecture/performances where band members  talk about the history of Klezmer music and perform a variety of Klezmer music styles.
